304 stainless steel eye bolt expansion anchors provide a corrosion-resistant attachment point for concrete and solid masonry installations. The assembly combines a closed eye bolt, hex nut, washers and a slotted expansion sleeve. M6, M8, M10 and M12 configurations can be reviewed against the customer’s substrate, embedment depth and application requirements.

How the Sleeve Expansion Anchor Works
After the correctly sized hole is drilled and cleaned, the anchor is inserted and tightened. Axial movement expands the slotted sleeve against the wall of the drilled hole. Performance depends on the base material, hole diameter and cleanliness, embedment, edge distance, spacing and tightening procedure. These factors must be confirmed for every project.
Manufacturing Features
- Closed eye geometry for convenient attachment of cables, chains or accessories
- Slotted sleeve designed to expand during controlled tightening
- Stainless steel construction for outdoor and corrosion-prone environments

- Deburred edges and controlled thread fit for practical installation
Typical Applications
- Architectural cable and light-duty suspension systems
- Outdoor fixtures, signs and equipment restraints
- Marine and coastal hardware installations
- Industrial attachment points and maintenance access
- Custom concrete anchoring assemblies
Quality Control
Inspection can cover material identity, thread gauge, eye dimensions, sleeve diameter, overall length, surface condition and packaging. Pull-out or proof-load testing is available only when the customer provides the substrate, installation method, test standard and acceptance criteria.
Engineering and Safety Notice
Do not select an anchor from appearance or nominal thread size alone. Working load depends on the substrate and complete installation system. This product must not be used for overhead lifting, fall arrest, life-safety or critical structural service unless the complete assembly has been designed, tested and approved by a qualified engineer for that specific use.
OEM Customization and RFQ Information
AODSON supports drawing-based supply for distributors, contractors and industrial buyers. For an accurate quotation, send the required size and length, eye dimensions, substrate type and strength, embedment, expected load direction, quantity, finish, inspection requirements and destination country.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which sizes are available?
M6, M8, M10 and M12 configurations are commonly reviewed. Final thread size, sleeve diameter, eye geometry and length are confirmed against the project specification.
Can you supply 316 stainless steel?
Yes. 316 stainless steel can be evaluated for marine, coastal and more corrosive environments. Material grade must be confirmed in the quotation and purchase specification.
Can AODSON provide a load rating?
A rating cannot be assigned without the substrate, embedment, installation method and applicable test standard. Project-specific pull-out or proof testing can be discussed when acceptance criteria are supplied.
