Instrument Air Header and Gas Distribution Manifold
This product is commonly described as an instrument air header, gas distribution manifold or multi-outlet air manifold. A central tubular header receives the supply and divides it into multiple branch lines, each fitted with an independent isolation valve and tube connection. The photographed configuration includes a flanged connection, eight lateral branch valves and an additional terminal valve.
Custom Configuration
| Number of outlets | Single or multiple branch circuits; outlet quantity, spacing and orientation can be made to the required piping layout. |
|---|---|
| Valve options | Ball, needle, plug or project-specified isolation valves; main isolation and drain or purge arrangements can be added where required. |
| Connections | Tube compression fittings, NPT, BSPP, BSPT, socket-weld, butt-weld or flanged connections. |
| Header construction | Fabricated tubular header with welded branch ports, machined ends and project-specific support or mounting arrangement. |
| Custom data | Header diameter and schedule, branch size, outlet pitch, flange standard, valve type, tube size, flow direction and overall dimensions. |
Material Options
| Stainless steel | 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 310S, 904L, duplex 2205 and super duplex 2507. |
|---|---|
| Carbon and alloy steel | A105, A106 Gr.B, Q235, Q355 and other project-specified pressure-piping grades with suitable corrosion protection. |
| Titanium | Grade 2 / TA2 and Grade 5 / TC4, subject to media, pressure and fabrication review. |
| Nickel and special alloys | Inconel 600, 625 and 718; Hastelloy C-276; Monel 400; Alloy 20 and other non-standard alloys subject to engineering review. |
| Seals and valve trim | Seat, seal, packing and internal component materials are selected separately for the process medium, pressure, temperature and cleanliness requirements. |
Applications and Ordering Information
Typical applications include instrument-air distribution, pneumatic actuators, process-gas sampling, laboratory gas lines, chemical plants, oil and gas facilities, power generation, utility skids and custom fluid-control systems.
No pressure rating, media compatibility or leak-test standard is established by the photograph. For quotation, provide the medium, design and operating pressure, temperature, flow requirement, number of outlets, connection and valve specifications, material grade, applicable code, cleaning level, testing and documentation requirements, quantity and drawing.
