Threaded Water Distribution Manifold
This tubular distribution manifold divides one fluid inlet into several threaded branch connections in a compact assembly. It can be manufactured with the required number of outlets, port orientation, thread standard and overall dimensions for water supply, process piping and equipment distribution lines.
Configuration Options
| Outlet count | 2, 3, 4, 5 or drawing-specified number of branches |
| Main connection | Male or female threaded inlet and end connection to specification |
| Branch connections | Male or female threaded outlets; spacing and orientation to drawing |
| Thread options | NPT, BSPT, BSPP, metric or project-specified thread |
| Reference configuration shown | 1-inch male main connection with 1/2-inch branch connections; confirm all dimensions before ordering |
| Production basis | Drawing, sample, required material, service conditions and quantity |
Material Options
- Stainless steel: 304, 304L, 316, 316L and other specified grades
- Duplex stainless steel: 2205 and 2507
- Carbon and alloy steel with a suitable protective finish
- Brass, bronze and aluminum alloys
- Titanium and nickel alloys for project-specific requirements
Typical Applications
Suitable for water distribution, pump and filtration assemblies, process equipment, cooling circuits, utility piping and other systems requiring one inlet to feed multiple branches. Final wall thickness, pressure rating, sealing method and material compatibility must be confirmed for the intended medium and operating conditions.
