Stainless Steel and Manufacturing

Manufacturing can include laser cutting, press forming, TIG welding, machining, frame trial assembly and surface treatment. The complete set is checked together so leaf clearances, beam interfaces and lifting points operate as intended.

Quality control can cover material grade, overall dimensions, frame squareness, leaf sequence, weld condition, removable-beam fit and lifting-tool engagement.
