Manufacturing and Surface Treatment

Quality Control and Use Limitations
Inspection may cover material identity, wire diameter, link dimensions, weld appearance, length, surface condition and packaging quantity. Proof-load, breaking-load, salt-spray or other performance testing is available only when the customer provides the test method and acceptance criteria before quotation.
This general-purpose chain must not be assumed suitable for overhead lifting, hoisting, fall protection or personnel support. Safety-critical applications require an applicable chain standard, traceable test requirements and engineering approval for the complete assembly.
