Aodson manufactures stainless steel invisible linear drain channels for floor drainage projects that need a cleaner finish than a standard exposed grate. The channel is built with a long stainless steel body, a narrow center slot, and removable cover plates on both sides, so the drain line stays functional without becoming the main visual feature of the floor.
The samples shown here are workshop pieces prepared for checking the slot opening, cover fit, and weld alignment before packing. This type of hidden linear drain is often used where water needs to be collected across a wider floor area, but the finished surface should still look simple and tidy.
Built for a clean floor line
A linear drain channel spreads water collection along the floor instead of relying on one small point drain. For courtyards, balconies, shower areas, pool edges, commercial walkways, and other paved spaces, this helps move water away faster and reduces the chance of water standing in one place.
The invisible design keeps the opening narrow. After installation, only the slim drainage slot and stainless steel bars remain visible. It is a practical choice when architects or contractors want drainage performance without a heavy grate pattern across the floor.
Stainless steel construction
The drain body and top components are made from stainless steel for good corrosion resistance and long service life. Depending on the project environment, Aodson can work with common stainless steel grades such as 304 or 316. For outdoor, coastal, or chemically exposed areas, 316 stainless steel can be considered for stronger corrosion resistance.
Each drain channel can be fabricated to match the required length, width, outlet position, and cover style. The side plates can be prepared for stone, tile, concrete, or other floor finishes, while the center opening remains accessible for cleaning.
Practical details for installation
A hidden linear drain works best when the floor slope, outlet size, and drainage direction are confirmed before production. We can adjust the channel depth, outlet location, end caps, and support details according to the site drawing. For longer runs, multiple sections can be joined to create a continuous drainage line.
The removable top parts make maintenance easier. Leaves, sand, and small debris can be cleared from the channel without breaking the surrounding floor finish. This is especially useful for outdoor paving, entrance areas, and projects where regular cleaning is expected.
