Custom Stainless Steel Tapered Fixed Machine Handles
AODSON manufactures custom stainless steel tapered fixed machine handles for machine tools, fixtures, control mechanisms and industrial equipment. The elongated tapered grip provides a clean hand-contact surface, while the male threaded mounting end allows the handle to be installed directly into a compatible tapped component.
These are rigid, non-revolving handles. Overall length, grip diameter, taper, shoulder geometry and thread details are manufactured to an approved drawing or sample.

Design and Ordering Considerations
Specify overall length, maximum and minimum grip diameters, taper profile, end radius, shoulder diameter and length, thread standard, thread size, engagement length and required surface finish. The mating tapped hole depth and surrounding clearance should be checked so that the handle seats correctly without thread bottoming or interference.
