Custom Stainless Steel Wall-Mount Faucet Elbow Bases
AODSON manufactures custom stainless steel wall-mount faucet elbow bases for commercial kitchens, wash stations and other plumbing installations. The fitting combines a compact 90-degree flow path, a round two-hole fixing flange and a male threaded outlet for attaching a faucet, swing spout or compatible plumbing component.
The concealed or rear inlet arrangement, outlet thread, flange diameter, hole pattern and overall projection are produced to the approved drawing or mating assembly. The product photos show the outlet and mounting features; unseen connection details are not treated as a fixed standard configuration.

Mounting Flange and Threaded Outlet

The round flange provides two fixing points to stabilize the elbow at the mounting surface. Fastener size, hole type, flange thickness and included hardware can be adapted to the wall panel, backing plate or equipment enclosure. The external outlet thread is machined to the specified mating faucet or hose connection.
Representative Installation

The installation image illustrates how the base can support a wall-mounted faucet while routing the water connection through a compact elbow. Final sealing, anchoring, access and structural support must be selected for the wall construction and plumbing system.
Design and Ordering Considerations
Specify material grade, inlet and outlet connection types, thread standard and size, centerline projection, flange diameter and thickness, mounting-hole spacing, fastener details, flow passage, working conditions and finish. Also provide the wall or panel thickness, backing arrangement and mating faucet drawing so clearance and seating can be checked before production.
Key Features
- Compact 90-degree routing: changes flow direction while keeping the faucet connection close to the wall.
- Two-hole fixing flange: provides a stable mounting interface for commercial plumbing assemblies.
- Machined male outlet: thread form and engagement length can be matched to the connected faucet or fitting.
- Stainless steel body: suitable for wet environments when the correct grade and finish are selected.
- Drawing-based production: inlet, outlet, flange and hole geometry can be customized.
Typical Applications
- Commercial kitchen swing faucets and pre-rinse stations
- Wall-mounted utility taps and washdown points
- Food-service equipment and stainless steel sinks
- Laboratory, workshop and institutional wash areas
- Custom OEM plumbing and equipment assemblies
Quality Control and Inspection
Inspection can include material identification, flow-passage checks, flange flatness, hole spacing, centerline projection, thread gauge verification, surface condition and trial fit with agreed mating components. Leakage or pressure testing can be arranged when the test method and acceptance criteria are specified. Learn more about AODSON quality control and inspection.
OEM Customization and RFQ Requirements
For quotation, send a drawing or sample with material, inlet and outlet details, thread standard, mounting dimensions, wall construction, finish, quantity and test requirements. Submit the project through the request-a-quote page.
