Custom 304 Stainless Steel Investment Cast Parts
These custom mechanical components are produced in 304 stainless steel using the silica-sol investment casting process. The process is suited to small and medium-sized parts with complex geometry, integrated ribs, bosses, holes and functional profiles that would be costly to machine entirely from solid stock.

Design and Ordering Considerations
Before quotation, we review wall thickness transitions, fillets, casting feed and gating needs, machining allowance, datum strategy, thread requirements and critical inspection points. Final alloy, dimensional tolerance, surface condition and test plan are agreed against the approved drawing. Where the operating medium or environment is unusually corrosive, the suitability of 304 stainless steel should be reviewed and an alternative alloy may be recommended.

Can you manufacture parts that are not shown in the photos?
Yes. The images are representative examples. New parts are evaluated from your drawing, model or sample before tooling and production are confirmed.
Can critical features be CNC machined after casting?
Yes. Bores, sealing faces, threads, slots and locating surfaces can be machined to the approved drawing when casting alone cannot meet the functional requirement.
Are other stainless steel grades available?
Yes. Alternative stainless and cast alloys may be considered after reviewing corrosion conditions, strength, weldability, temperature and cost requirements.
