Stainless Steel Materials & Custom Fabrication
Bring your material and fabricated-part requirements together. Explore plate, structural profiles, formed brackets, rolled sections and welded assemblies through a selection of workshop and product views.
Start with a drawing, material specification and quantity. We will review the required geometry, finish and inspection scope for your project.

01 / Material forms
Plate and profiles for the next stage of production
Flat plate, checker plate and beam sections offer different starting geometries. Define the grade, section dimensions, thickness, cut length and surface requirements so the quotation matches your fabrication or installation plan.

Material markings in the photographs relate to the pictured items, not a grade guarantee for the full range. Grade, dimensions, condition and traceability are agreed for each order.
02 / Formed components
From flat material to functional geometry
The examples below show rolled rings, brackets with openings, rod-and-plate assemblies and large channel forms. For a similar component, send the finished-part drawing with bend details, hole positions and mating interfaces.
03 / Fabricated assemblies
Shells, ducts and built-up components
Cylindrical sections, branch connections, end flanges and container bodies illustrate the range of assembly geometries. The required joints, attachment details and final surface condition should be defined alongside the overall dimensions.

These photographs illustrate fabrication geometry. They do not establish a pressure rating, lifting capacity, food-contact approval or code certification. Specify any service-specific requirements for review before manufacture.
04 / Drawing-to-quote review
Make the requirements clear before production
Material and dimensions
Identify the material standard, grade, thickness and quantity. Mark critical dimensions, tolerances and interfaces on the drawing.
Finish and inspection
Specify edge condition, weld appearance, surface treatment and any dimensional or test records required. Documentation and testing scope are confirmed with the quotation.
Handling and delivery
Provide the destination, packaging needs and handling constraints. Long or bulky sections require an agreed transport and protection plan.

A drawing or dimensioned sketch is the best starting point. Include:
- Part drawing, revision and intended application
- Material grade, thickness, dimensions and order quantity
- Weld, surface finish and inspection requirements
- Packaging needs, destination and target schedule
